After obtaining a comprehensive grasp of all aspects of Intellectual Property, in the field of trademarks, trademark enforcement and Copyrights. Vianmarie, decided to concentrate on trade mark work, qualifying as an expert in the aspect of border protection, trademarks & copyright enforcement. Ms. Vianmarie Santana is a young entrepreneur lawyer with more than 7 years of experience in the trademarks field previously with other IP firms.

Mrs. Carmen Monserratt joined the SACO team recently. She graduated from the Santa Maria University, Caracas, Venezuela and is a Member of Bar of the Federal District and Miranda State; (2002-2004). She has extensive professional experience in matters related to the Civil and Mercantile rights, having specialized in Intellectual Property (2003).
Carmen has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of trademark and passing off law, providing advice on securing intellectual property rights and portfolio management across numerous business areas including chemical, manufacturing, computer and finance industries, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, fashion, food & consumer goods.
